BunnysBastatrds 1,909 Posted July 28, 2015 A computer that hasn't been used in six months here in my office is acting up. I hit send/receive and it begins receiving 1 of 424 messages. It gets to receiving 1 of 126 and stops. Then sends an error message "Bellsouth receiving error 0x800CCC0F connection to the server interupted" I've deleted all messages and attempt to receive again and start over. The same thing happens. Any ideas? I need to clear all of these m,essages so I can receive a very important work email. TIA

Patriotsfatboy1 1,432 Posted July 28, 2015 Instead of downloading the messages into Outlook, is there a web-based interface for accessing the email so that you can see all of the messages and perhaps see what message number 126 is in the list?

BunnysBastatrds 1,909 Posted July 28, 2015 Instead of downloading the messages into Outlook, is there a web-based interface for accessing the email so that you can see all of the messages and perhaps see what message number 126 is in the list? I can go to att.net and check them in there. He stopped working out of our office and did most of his work at home. The email I need to find was from six months ago and he say's he's deleted all emails older than three months that he does not need. There is no way for me to accurately know which email is #126. Is there a way to clear those incoming messages without downloading/receiving them first? A restart of some sort?
BunnysBastatrds 1,909 Posted July 28, 2015 After the tenth time of trying to receive all the messages and it failing, it finally loaded all of them. I deleted permanently deleted all of them. There were no messages in the in or sent box.Just to double check, I hit send/receive agai, and all 425 are back. Guess I'l be on the phone with AT&T tomorrow.
