Love Lynch, plain and simple. He was a dominate force last year.

However, I was crunching some #'s, and discovered that he had an astounding 385 touches last year, including playoff's and SB. When you combine that with hard contact-oriented running style and his approach to the dreaded 30 y/o threshold, does it give you pause as a 1st rounder?

Plus Unger leaving the team.

Reminds me of Shaun Alexander the year he fell off. Didn't he lose a lineman, have 30yr old concerns and was coming off an epic season? Consensus early pick too. Dun dun dun!!!

Seattle lost Hutchinson the season after they blew their first Superbowl appearance. Alexander broke his toe and missed a good chunk of the season. He looked good when they lost to the Bears in the divisional round. He was trash the next season.

Marshawn turns 30 in April and has put in work the past few years but is a completely different species than soft Shaun Alexander.

I say yes still a first rounder .

Considering that disasterous call in the Super Bowl, you can pretty much bank on it that every time Seattle is at the one or two yard line, they will be handing it off to Lynch. 😀

"Bruh...I been here the whole time" I love that commercial.

Me too dude. All four players did good but I like Drew Brees' expressions the best.

he was a player I would have taken if I had a top 6-7 pick but I didn't and I'm kinda glad I didn't have to make the choice because I wouldn't have felt confident about it.

Not to sure about that , if they had Graham that super bowl might have ended differently .

He was on the board with my 8th pick in a ppr draft. I selected Antonio Brown but the scoring format is why I selected AB over him.

Actually I think the Jimmy Graham signing means fewer opportunities near the red zone. Lynch is still a top 8 pick though.

Agree , he is going to be a strong target for Wilson near the goal line .

Jimmy Graham's signing could also mean more red zone opportunities for Lynch. Basically, they will be in the red zone more often. Though his % of opportunities decrease, the total number of opportunities is equal or greater. Another possibility, he is able to break longer runs for TDs because the defense adjusts slightly to account for Graham leaving at least 1 less player to make a play on Lynch.

It is starting to look ugly. I ended up with him in only one TD-heavy league, when he dropped to the 12/13 turn. Fortunately, I have Freddy too.....although I wish Lynch would either be in or out.

He still has plenty of season left to find the inner beast, but I am not yet convinced. He and Murray touched the ball more than anyone last year. Both are sucking this year.....coincidence?

What's his latest injury? Entered last week with a minor hammy, left game with another injury.

Entered with a calf injury, left with a hammy, I thought.

Going to be interesting to watch after last game. I can see Lynch and his attitude being a problem, and Seattle feeling eager to see what his back-up has to send him home to mommy.

Beast Mode has been stuffed on all the 3rd and 1. It will be interesting to see if they put Rawl in those situation from now on. That will be your first hint of sea change.

Those that have Lynch & Rawls...what are you doing this week? Monday night game makes decisions that much tougher. If Lynch is active who knows if he'll be healthy or splitting carries. If he's inactive who knows what Rawls will do.

I have the wonderful Lynch/Rawls and Hill combo right now...am seriously considering starting Freeman and CJ?k over both. Would this be crazy?

GTD are unstartable. dont even consider Lynch this week.

Oh man I wanna know now! Would love to pick up Rawls and start him over Ivory, Mathews, and of course McCoy.

We are talking about two injury issues on the same leg. This is much like Chris Ivory last week. Even if he is active on game day there is a concern that he will be limited in the game or not even play. This is compounded by the Monday night game. Has to be on the bench this week and as a Rawls owner I might use him as a what the heck flex.

If it were me, I'd go with Freeman and Rawls. Lynch started this last weekend, right? And that was before the second injury.Even if he starts, odds are good Rawls is the real RB for the game. And Freeman has a chance to get the starting gig back now. I'm starting him this week over Hill.

My RBs are hurting big time. I need that juice baby!

I picked up Rawls (not a Lynch owner) and I'm considering playing him on MNF.

Go big or GO HOME.

Any talk of gametime decision and im starting Rawls over Bust Mode. even if Lynch plays hes a bad start. He will be eating skittles with a cocked beanie on the bench the entire 2nd half. Cant believe I have Lynch and JHill and am prob going to be starting Rawls and Blue.

Me too. I honestly wish Lynch would just take the week off. Detroit isn't very good and seattle should beat them easily. Even if he plays Monday, I definitely don't have confidence that he plays the whole game.

The difference is Alexander had just signed a ginormous contract, that's why he traded his pads for a skirt

Petey will fawk this team as he has done in the past. Relying on any decision he makes will destroy you.
