R. Kelly is running "Abusive Sex Cult" he locks girls up in his homes

A bombshell BuzzFeed News report quotes several sets of parents claiming their daughters are being held against their will in a sex-obsessed, abusive “cult” by legendary R&B singer R. Kelly. Three former members of Kelly’s entourage also spoke to the outlet, confirming the parents’ claims of the singer’s cult-like and predatory behavior—one is quoted as saying “[Kelly] is a master at mind control…. He is a puppet master.”
According to parents and the former crew members, Kelly: keeps a collection of young women at his homes in Atlanta and Chicago; replaces their cell phones with ones specifically used to communicate with him; requires they call him “daddy” and ask permission to leave their residence; films their sexual encounters with him; and punishes them verbally and physically when they break his “rules” such as appearing remotely flirtatious towards other men. The daughter of one set of parents have attempted to contact their child—now 21 years old—for two years but have been rebuffed by her claims that she is in a consenting relationship and is not being held against her will.
Well this certainly makes all those R.Kelly jokes a lot less funny. It’s all fun and games and peeing on chicks until it turns out you’re running abusive sex cults where you lock girls up in your various homes, take their cell phones away and make them call you daddy while you film them having sex with you, allegedly.
Pretty wild story. Say what you want about Buzzfeed and their “13 Ways Your Favorite Type Of Ice Cream Cake Determines Which Disney Prince You’d Have The Best Anal Sex With” listicles but Buzzfeed News is pretty legit. If they’re reporting R Kelly runs a sex cult then they’ve got some pretty solid sourcing about potential R Kelly sex cults. They’ve got this mom who closed her business to become an amateur private detective to try and track down her daughter who has been with Kelly for 2 years and only texts once on Christmas Day. They’ve got 3 member of his own inner circle on record saying “six women live in properties rented by Kelly in Chicago and the Atlanta suburbs, and he controls every aspect of their lives: dictating what they eat, how they dress, when they bathe, when they sleep, and how they engage in sexual encounters that he records.”
One of the sources, Cheryl Mack, says the women “living” in the houses are:

A 31-year-old “den mother” who “trained” newcomers on how Kelly liked to be pleasured sexually. She had been best friends since high school with the girl in the videotape for which Kelly was tried in 2008. She recently parted ways with Kelly, these sources say.
A 25-year-old woman who also has been part of Kelly’s scene for seven years.
A recent arrival, a 19-year-old model who has been photographed in public with Kelly and named on music gossip websites — a rarity among the women in his circle.
An Atlanta songwriter who began her relationship with Kelly around 2009, when she was 19. (She is now 26.)
And an 18-year-old singer from Polk County, Florida. Mack said the Florida singer is Kelly’s “favorite — his number-one girl.”

But as of now there’s no evidence that any of the relationships are not consensual, and all the girls are past the age of consent. So for now it seems like just some weird ass, creepy ass setup from a weird ass, creepy ass R&B star.

My nagger!!

Way to be R Kelly. You are doing next level sh1t and I am okay with it!

Of course, I did this as far back as 2001 (minus the whole against their will thing), but hey, you do you.

I don't see nothing wrong, with a little bump and grind.

He's far more legendary as a sick pedo Fock than as a singer I'd say.

I mean he did "I believe I can fly", those three weird ass "in the closet" songs, and "I wanna kiss on you" which i only know because of chappelles "I wanna p!ss on you" parody.

Yea...I'm not saying he's trash or anything, because I do believe he is a talented fock...But LEGENDARY?

Well, not yet.

Not yet? He's been an RnB hitmaker for decades now and has numerous hits upon hits. I've never even heard the closet or kiss on you songs Titans mentioned and I could name 10 others that would make him say, "oh yea that was him.". Even non fans of hip hop/rnb know multiple R Kelly songs. He's undoubtedly a legendary artist as well as a legendary dirtball.

Well, Billboard has him listed at #15 of all time on their "greatest list", So I guess I stand corrected.

Not that I put much into either billboard or Rolling Stone, but still, I guess I didn't know as much about R. Kelly as I thought I might have.
