At what age do you start worrying about taking little Blue pill

Recommended Posts

Me, an actual physician who has prescribed testosterone and growth hormone for their actual indications, and seen abuse of both drugs.

Viagra is fine if you have erectile dysfunction. Although youll probably get away with it, it isnt intended to be a recreational drug. Testosterone is fine for hypogonadism, it isnt intended to be used as a performance enhancing drug. Read the package inserts if you dont believe me.

According you YOU...yes...according to my physician... Test is fine. And I didn't say "abuse it".

Everything anyone wants to argue comes down to which "link" (or doctor, or nutritionist, or butcher...etc) you choose to believe.

And abuse of anything can be bad.

The gist of my statement was...if you have low test levels, getting them back up can make a world of difference in your life.

Viagra is fine even if you don’t have ED.

Dont take it unless you really do have ED. And if you need to take it who cares. Youre still getting some ass

Low testosterone = hypogonadism. You were advocating giving it to men with testosterone in the normal range, so they can be high normal.

If yours is 410, they doc might say "Well its in the normal range". At that point, you maybe would wanna say "I would like to be in the upper range of normal, not middle or bottom"

That isnt indicated. If your physician suggests otherwise, he isnt practicing evidence based medicine. EBM is the best scientific data available, in concert with expert opinion from specialists in the field, in this case endocrinologists and urologists. Not primary care physicians, nutritionists or links to random websites:

https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/103/5/1715/4939465

https://www.auanet.org/guidelines/testosterone-deficiency-(2018)

Both guidelines advocate treatment only for documented low testosterone levels + symptoms compatible with hypogonadism.

Most cringe-worthy moment goes to Ray Donovan. His brother is a convicted, recovering pedophile. He finally thinks he's going to have sex with his new girlfriend so he goes to the bathroom And takes a Viagra.

He sits on the couch and damned if her little son doesn't come in and sit on his lap and start bouncing around while he's waiting for the gf to get all sexy.

The look on his face was freaking priceless.

At 50 I don't need it yet. A little foreplay and Filthy Jr's ready willing and able.

Your son is involved in your sex life ??

Doc,

What is a HGH brand that you would recommend for a guy, 51, that shows signs of hypogonadism? Asking for a friend...bah

None. HGH isn't indicated for hypogonadism. There are very few indications for HGH in adults - basically diseases of the brain that limit HGH production and AIDS wasting syndrome.

Get your hypogonadism worked up by an endocrinologist or urologist, and treat the underlying cause.
