Agreed. As I have posted before...beating a grown man with a stick is a felony. Beating a 4 year old with a stick is reprehensible and should be punished to the utmost of the law. Isn't the entire SF offense a liability at the moment? I don't think I would drop Vernon Davis yet. But certainly wouldn't be starting him or any other SF options right now. And I'm a NoCal SF Homer. Hope I'm wrong.
