I have Portis...should I grab Betts off waiver?

I have Portis and RB is my weakest position. Betts is on waiver wire but is he worth grabbing?? And if so, who should I drop for him??

 

At first I would say Greg Jones....but there is talk that he is threatening to take the starting job from Fred Taylor and I think he will get it anyways because Fred Taylor will get injuried.

 

I just don't want to drop someone who I can use later or who has potential for someone who is a handcuff for a RB thats hurt now but may be back by regular season.

 

I also don't know a lot about Betts and if he would be worth starting if Portis is still out by week 1.
