I have Clinton Portis, Daunte Culpepper, Torry Holt, Terrell Owens, Samkon Gado I have the second overall pick. From what I am hearing, there are a couple of teams (Texas Longhorn fans) that are trying to get the first pick or my pick. They say they are going after Vince. A couple of trades I have received are: 1. Rudi Johnson for my 2nd overall 2. the 6th and 10th overall and Cris Brown for my 2nd overall. 3. Ahman Green and 3rd round pick for 2nd overall. None of these appeal to my that much, but all of these involve a RB. I got a funny feeling they are really after Bush? If someone gets the first pick and picks Bush, the RB pool would dry-up as far as talent. This is way I am considering the trade for Rudi. What are your thoughts? puntjack 0 Posted August 17, 2006 In a 20-team league, Rudi Johnson and Clinton Portis should be one of the top RB combinations in the league. Holt and Owens probably give you one of the best WR tandems in the league. Therefore, I would pull the trigger on a Rudi for the #2 overall. ALsportsnut 0 Posted August 17, 2006 In a way, I agree with you. The hype over Bush is the only thing from keeping me from pulling the trigger. I actually traded Rudi for TO last year. I was out of the playoff hunt, and I wanted to make a change plus I got a 3rd round pick. I don't want to pass up on the next LT (meaning Bush), but Rudi does put up the numbers.
