Da Rook 0 Posted August 9, 2006 I'm in a 10 team (3 year) keeper league (we keep a QB, RB, WR and FLEX). My keepers are: Brady, SJax, Fitzgerald & Cadillac. I was offered the #5 overall pick and Jamal Lewis for Caddy & my #32 overall pick. (I have the #9 and #11 overall also.) I would be looking at one of these four:Julius Jones, Chester Taylor, Corey Dillon at #5 (Reggie Bush is going #1/Westbrook #2) and I can use 9 & 11 on WRs (ex. S.Moss, Plaxico, Andre Johnson, Galloway). Is this trade worth it for me to give up Caddy and move up from 32 to 5 or do I just go with 9 and 11 and take, maybe D.Foster, T.Jones, C.Brown, as my #3 RB and a solid WR at 11...and keep the Caddy? *Leave Link - Will Help You!!! Me_2006 14 Posted August 9, 2006 I would accept the trade and take Westbrook. I think he's gonna have a big year this year with a solid young line, and him as the true focal point of the offense in Philly both running and receiving. Also picking at 9 and 11 will allow you to add some WR depth and the top player still available at that point. Caddy and Westbrook should put up similar overall numbers, so in theory you'll be adding a high draft pick. Hope I helped. Heres my link. My Link
lguero1 4 Posted August 9, 2006 like you said, westy won't be there. keep caddy and sjax. take receivers with 9 & 11 and you'll be stacked. your core is solid, don't mess with it unless you upgrade.
