mark32esu 18 Posted October 23, 2018 I haven't followed the Bengals that much but I have an offer from another owner trying to trade Boyd for Tate straight up. I looked at Boyd's targets and it seems like he gets quite a bit of looks while Tate's has progressively gone down.
