Whatever lame-ass scoreboard you are looking at isn't as official as the US Open scoreboard. Projected Cut line has moved homey.

top 60 and ties.

That's wrong buddy

eta: it isn't wrong, per se, as it's projected like you said.. but as of right now +7

Yeah, I'll back off my cocky claims that it's already moved to +9. But it's PROJECTED to be +9 right now by end of the day, per the USGA.

Throughout the second wave of Round 2, the USGA provides a Projected Cut, which projects what the full-field leader board will look like at the end of Round 2. This projection uses a combination of actual scores for all players and the hole statistics for any holes they have yet to play.

As players post scores, the projected cutline can move as players perform better or worse than the average on the holes they have completed.

I am sick and tired of seeing Speith all the time. constantly out of contention, but they still show him

There must be a new Tiger Woods rule to make sure he survives to play the weekend...

Better than watching Poulter.

Could you imagine a Sunday final pairing of Kuchar and Poulet (they were top two early yesterday before DJ started playing)???

A smile-at-everything focking retard and a low-rent Johnny Rotten

Still better than prima donna, past his prime, game over Tiger.

Yesterday the cut line looked like +6. Double that, then make it 2 strokes better. What do you get?

Tiger was in a group with the tournament leader and #1 player in the world and another solid player under the cut line.

Nice try...but not so much

Sunday, final pairing. Dustin Johnson -4 and Scott Piercy -1

Piercy starts out +10 on the 1st 4 holes. Do they show him again for the rest of the day? Maybe his last shot, or if he holes out

WTF? Who is your "featured group" that is +11,+9 and +9? It sure as hell does not contain the number #1 in the world who happens to be leading the tournament.

Sunday vs Friday.

They feature certain groups for ratings purposes.

Sunday is a different animal and I suspect you know this

At the time Inoosted that...Phil, Rory and Spieth...they are this afternoons featured group in the telecast.

Tiger was in the morning featured group with DJ and Thomas. This isnt complicated.

And which one you those has gone 5 years with out winning a tournament? None. My point is they had a chance to win ( maybe not Phil). Tiger did not, so stop following his washed up ass. Of course, I guess some people enjoy the train wreck melt down.

im the only semi-poulter fan here.

as for the Tiger stuff, im pretty sure most people watching a "featured pairing" coverage expect to see him non stop. Where peoples frustrations come from is when its normal TV coverage and every other shot is Tiger, even when he is 13 shots back while there will be lesser names who are 3 or 4 back and you never see a single shot they hit.

we all know why it happens, Tiger brings in a ton of eyeballs who don't even care about golf not to mention the extra draw for people who do care about golf but it's still a frustrating thing

please. Tiger had just as much a chance to win as Phil Rory or Jordan right now. Probably a better chance given recent form. Even your comment "maybe not Phil" shows you're out of touch because he has been playing way better than Jordan this season.

FFS...it doesnt matter when he was in contention last. He was in the featured group and playing with DJ and Thomas. And he is a ratings cow and a story. Its a no brained that they will show him on Thursday and Friday.

I get it. Tiger is now the Kardashian of golf. Kind of like LeBron in Basketball.

i would actually be really psyched for a DJ-Poulter final pairing on Sunday. a world #1 American versus Europes Ryder Cup hero in the US Open?

Jason Bogey-All-Day. I could have built a better team by waiting for you guys to draft and throwing against the wall with what was left.

i need a fock the edex song.

Paul Casey misses birdie on 9 to go -3 for the day, even for the tournament. Proceeds to play the next 7 holes in +5. couldn't just have 1 golfer make a move ala koepka, poulter, fleetwood, etc.

Poulter............skulls sand wedge way over green then flubs recovery into an impossible lie.

I had so much Deja Vu watching that go down.

I have a feeling Speith missed that putt at 18 on purpose. Must've wanted a couple extra days of prep to defend his title at the Traveler's next week.

on the flip side in that group, Phil played well and made the weekend. So weird to hit all the fairways he hit on thursday and shoot 7 over. Probably feels like he should be around even par right now.

10 shots back going into moving day. Likely needs to shoot 3 under and obviously have Dustin give 2 or 3 back to the field to even have a sniff.
