With 4th pick Julio or Odell? PPR?

Assuming the top 3 goes johnson bell and brown. Which WR should i go with? Julio or Odell?

I have Julio in one keeper league and Odell in another. Julio has injury concerns, but hearing things of more red zone opportunities are enticing. Odell has Brandon Marshall now taking targets away from him, but he also won't be doubled as much and may make more of his opportunities. I do not know if there is a right answer here. My theoretical coin flip says Odell.
