if a machine can tell if you're lying.. and that's old news - no big deal... shouldn't this be even easier to accept/understand? IMO, it's much harder to tell if someone is lying than what their sexual orientation may be... OK, maybe not just by looking at their face, but for the most part, humans already have a built in "algorithm" that clues them in to the behavior/preference of other humans... and like the algorithm, it's not prefect, but it's pretty accurate.

It should be straight people that should be worried, imagine if this gets out and you are in the 10% that it identified wrong. Girls would run your Facebook photo or dating app photo through this site and then refuse to date you assuming you are living in the closet.

Like there are traits that signal you are old that we all know: wrinkles, droopy eyes, veins sticking out in the hands.

Probably almost imperceptible. The whole thing was based on photos that were voluntarily submitted by people who identified themselves as gay and the computer found common traits. I assume that now it could be possible to apply it to any genetic abnormality.

According to a Murphy Brown episode, if you look at the bottom of your shoe by looking behind your back and bending your leg at the knee, you are ghey.

 

If you bend your leg at an angle in front of you to look at the bottom of your shoe, you are straight.
