Trumptarded Campaign Strategy

Recommended Posts

Another Drumpf thread. Whatev. But my eyebrows raised when I saw where he's spent the last few days:

This past weekend and Monday, the Drumpf was in New Hampshire, Maine and ...... Wisconsin

Three states he has no chance of winning.

Wisconsin hasn't gone Republican since 1984

Maine hasn't gone Republican since 1988

NH hasn't gone Republican since 2000

He should be in NC, OH or FL every day and nowhere else. Who is making his schedule?

I disagree. Sure he's trailing or inside the margin of error in must-win NC, OH, and FL but even if he winds up winning those three, he'll still come up short unless he can pull some extra electoral votes from states Obummer won like Wisconsin, Maine, and NH.

The goal is to win, not to lose with a smaller margin. He needs to dig up 269+ electoral votes from somewhere.

You think Trump can flip states that haven't gone red in 30 years?

Again, he is spending most of the week in Colorado, a state he's down almost double digits according to the RCP poll averages

The EC is heavily weighted towards Dems as it is already. He needs to flip a few longshots to have a prayer.

Yes, but if he loses any 1 of NC, OH or FL, he can't win. NH is plausible, as is CO, so I can see him going there. But WI and ME are dumb. Then again, so is he, so it makes sense.

Trump is running his campaign like he runs his business: In a very loud, inefficient way that wastes millions of dollars while he sails off on a golden parachute.

No way he will...and he is seeing his leads drop in states that have been solid Red.

Texas within 3 in this poll? Texas!

Romney led by 17 at this point.

I'll give Trump major props for the energy he's displayed over the last year and a half. He's doing rally's every day, multiple times a day. Whereas, it looks like the Hill has others doing her campaigning for her. I highly question if she has the stamina for the presidency.

If he were to be elected, I have no doubt that he would give the 100% effort the presidency requires. Of course, effort doesn't always equate to success.

TAMPA - About 200 people walked out of Amy Schumer's comedy show at the Amalie Arena in Tampa Sunday when she mocked Donald Trump as, among other things, an "orange, sexual-assaulting, fake- college-starting monster." (Read Jay Cridlin's review of the show).

Loud booing from a vocal, but small minority of the arena crowd started about halfway through the show, when Schumer's raunchy humor veered into more topical matters, including gun control and the presidential election. She has been a vocal advocate for stricter gun laws since a man opened fire during a showing of her movie Train Wreck last year, killing two young women, Mayci Breaux and Jillian Johnson, in Louisiana, and was an early Hillary Clinton supporter.

Watch: Amy Schumer registers people to vote in Tampa

She made it clear she doesn't understand how people can support Trump. At one point, she asked for a Trump supporter - preferably one with sleeves, she told security personnel - to join her up on stage to explain their enthusiasm for Trump. One fellow did, but he said he was voting for Trump mainly because he doesn't trust Clinton. When some audience members booed, the actor/comedian invited them to leave and also asked security to remove anyone booing.

Newbie is Trump?

As a Texan, I'm not buying it based on my highly scientific discussions with coworkers and my Facebook feed. That being said, just on the off chance this is legit, I may actually have to find a place and go vote for Clinton.

Voting for Clinton would be the most American thing you could ever do.

Guys, this isn't a campaign. It's a publicity tour. HTH

True statement.

Trump isn't trying to win an election. If he was, he'd make an effort to expand his base. No, all of this is just him completely locking in his base forever as viewers for Trump News, which launches in the Fall of 2017. You can watch him tear apart every Clinton decision while explaining he was robbed every weeknight from 9-10pm.

It's actually amongst the most brilliant things I've ever seen. Billions worth of free advertising and audience building of the highest level of all time, and he is testing out his material nightly.

I watched parts of @nbcsnl Saturday Night Live last night. It is a totally one-sided, biased show - nothing funny at all. Equal time for us?

Another thread confirming Sho Nuff's incompetence, are we even surprised at this point?

You would think he would just STFU about Trump. Every time he opens his mouth he just reminds everyone how wrong he was about the election.
