Still wonder what Comey was up to leading up to the election?

He was providing HRC cover by derailing his own investigators' case (the criminal referral from Congress about Benghazi).

In early July 2016, Clinton was personally interviewed in secret for about four hours by a team of FBI agents who had been working on her case for a year. During that interview, she professed great memory loss and blamed it on a head injury she said she had suffered in her Washington, D.C., home. Some of the agents who interrogated her disbelieved her testimony about the injury and, over the Fourth of July holiday weekend, asked Comey for permission to subpoena her medical records.

When Comey denied his agents the permission they sought, some of them attempted to obtain the records from the intelligence community. Because Clinton’s medical records had been digitally recorded by her physicians and because the FBI agents knew that the National Security Agency has digital copies of all keystrokes on all computers used in the U.S. since 2005, they sought Clinton’s records from their NSA colleagues. Lying to the FBI is a felony, and these agents believed they had just witnessed a series of lies.

When Comey learned what his creative agents were up to, he jumped the gun by holding a news conference on July 5, 2016, during which he announced that the FBI was recommending to the DOJ that it not seek Clinton’s indictment because “no reasonable prosecutor" would take the case. He then did the unthinkable. He outlined all of the damning evidence of guilt that the FBI had amassed against her.

Comey cost Hillary the election when he revealed that he was reopening the investigation two weeks before the election. So bellyache all you want. He was definitely on Trump's side

 The investigation didn't cost the election. It was Obama's failed policies in working class states.

Agreed - and totally explains why Trump trounced her in the Popular vote as well....

He was making up for the bungling of the NY office that was focking up big time. But you go believe it was what this Fox article says instead.

You don't think the announcement at that point that they were looking into emails again cost her anything?

Are you that nuts?

She had plenty of flaws...but that was a main talking point about how untrustworthy she was (despite the obvious untrustworthy nature of Trump).

The idiots who voted for Johnson didn't help her either. 😂

Yes the looking into e-mails cost her. The big reason was it was just another case of her and her camp being investigated once again. In a vacuum it might not have been a big deal. But when it's on top of every other thing she's been up to, it was judged in that context. It was a "here we go again"'moment for a lot of the public.

Yes...so idiotic to not vote for Hillary or Trump.

Move along sonny...you don't have the mental capacity to have a meaningful conversation.

Oh and "Russian hackers" didn't hurt Trump? Those idiots canceled each other out. People in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan supported Trump because Obama failed them and Hillary took them for granted. It was about working class jobs, snowflake, the fact that the left still doesn't get that is music to the right's ears.

Honestly, I don't think it cost her any votes. Trump voters were voting for him no matter what. it's not like people went to the polls still undecided. And no, I didn't vote for Trump.

Hillary couldn't be bothered to campaign in Wisconsin, a state she narrowly lost. She spent a lot of time in the hamptons and Hollywood though. Think that didn't resonate with voters? She was saying she couldn't care less about the middle, she was there for the elitists on the coast. It's clearly evident by where she spent her time.

Russian Hackers hurt trump...when were they announced?

Why would Russian Hackers breaking into the DNC through podesta have hurt Trump at that time...when there was no announcement of any connection to the Trump Campaign?

Pretty piss poor comparison there Timmy.

As I said...she had many flaws...and Trump took advantage of that by lying his ass off and those people in Penn, Ohio, and Michigan believed his idiocy. But that does not mean that the email stuff did not also hurt her.

So you think Congress issuing a criminal referral should not have been investigated? The DOJ could have just not accepted it but they did. It was Comey who declined to pursue the case then laid out what the evidence was. His own agents were trying to pursue the case and he stopped them on at least two occasions.

He kept her out of jail for perjury and the mishandling of classified information. Twice he saved her a$$ and it just shows how partisan his a$$ is.

You should read more on what Comey was getting out in front of...and do so from somewhere other than Fox News.

Funny...when he announces that...you all praise him...now that he has turned his eyes on Trump...he is just some partisan...

In related news, House Panel seeking charges against IT Company (Platte River) that serviced Hillary's private server. They've apparently been running interference on their own for Hillary.

FBI files released last year show that Clinton aide Cheryl Mills had instructed a Platte River engineer in 2014 to delete all emails from the server that were older than 60 days old. But the engineer apparently forgot to delete the files and didn't realize that until March 2015, weeks after the public revelation of Clinton's use of a personal email server.

According to the FBI files, the engineer told agents that "he believed he had an `oh, (expletive)' moment," and deleted the archived emails sometime during the last week of March 2015. The FBI report said the engineer used a program BleachBit to delete the files in ways thought to make them unrecoverable.

FBI Director James Comey has said he had no basis to find that the deletions of Clinton's emails were aimed at concealing evidence.

Yeah, I'm certain there was no attempt at concealing evidence.

The bottom line is that Hillary Clinton’s focus on identity politics and emphasis on condemning her opposition contributed to a campaign message devoid of substance with no clear message on policy.

A man from the Private Sector with no political experience crushed, by over 60 Electoral Votes, the Public Sector candidate with 50 years experience and a life long goal of being President. The public sector candidate spent 3 times as much money and had the backing of the establishment Republicans, Democrats, the UN, the EU, MSM, etc.

Trump had a campaign staff of a reported 130 staffers while Team Clinton employed 800 staffers.

She ran a recount and lost votes.

Now we know she received debate questions in advance

The three biggest things he ran on...Muslim ban, building a wall, and repeal and replace healthcare, have all failed miserably. He's accomplished one thing- not screwing up Obama's great economy. Wohooo

I think we can add NAFTA to his list of accomplishments..... Trump himself said, "NAFTA is the worst trade deal maybe ever signed anywhere, but certainly ever signed in this country." - of course he's now crawfishing on this too.

First off, pappy, it's 'you're'. I know it's been 70 years since elementary school, but I'm still going to try to make you smarter.

Secondly, if that's a win for Trump, then God bless him. Lord knows he could use his first one since November 8th.

He's constantly retreating from his campaign promises. But I have a hard time criticizing him for actually getting smarter. At least there's someone in his cabinet telling him he's was wrong about things.
