    Sony Michel

This is my opinion as well. Sony really only has to beat out Burkhead to have value. I have very little doubt that Sony, when healthy, is the more talented of the two. His biggest obstacle right now might be Hill. If Hill runs well over the first couple of weeks then Sonys breakout could be delayed.

White is not going to disappear. He is the third down back and situational passing down back. In my opinion (yes, opinion) Sony is much more talented than Burkhead. Does that mean Burkhead will go away? Probably not, but its possible. The thing is, Sony can step into either of their roles if an injury does occur. He averaged 7.9 yards per carry last year (1.5 better than Chubb) and caught 64 passes (twice as many as Chubb). Sony is a slasher...hes quick...Maybe thats opinion, or just the eye test, but the dude is dangerous with the ball no doubt. I cant see him not getting an opportunity this year. Last year there wasnt a guy that stood out from the bunch like they had with Blount a couple of years ago. All Im saying is, Michel is worth a late round flyer because of his potential.

    Chris hogan

If I had him I would hope he blows up this week and then Id try to move him. Id find the owner with the weakest WRs and start making offers. Hogans value will never be higher. Of course, hed have to have a great game, and odds are it wont be bad.

Damn phone messing me up. I tried to quote this to disagree.

NE rushed 27.2 times per game last year, which ranked 15th. Just over 3 attempts less than Buffalo, who ranked 2nd in attempts. (Jax was far and away the leader in rushing attempts with 33+). I wouldnt say NE barely runs the ball, and the fact that you say this tells us you dont do your homework. Sony is the most talented RB on NEs roster, and is definitely worth a late round flyer. To the poster that said he is a plodder, and Chubb is better, I think you got it backwards. Sony was electric with the ball at Georgia. He has better hands, size, speed and cutting ability than Chubb, no doubt. I know for a fact that Alabama fans were thankful every time Chubb was on the field in the championship game. That meant Sony wasnt!

    Marquess Wilson...worth a pick-up?

Consensus rankings on ESPN site has him #39 this week. He's a gamble, but if you're in a 12 (or more) team league that starts 3 WRs he might be worth a look. I'll probably be without my #3 A Johnson this week, so I'll be deciding between Marquess and guys like Crabtree and Hogan, and I'm not feeling particularly great about it..... Although Cutler was looking for him after Marshall went down last week, and Chicago will have to throw a ton to keep up with GB....
  8. This. He's been injured his whole professional career, and so far NO has put him in very predictable situations. When he's in, defenses know what's coming. 99% of the time they're going to run, because they like PT better in pass protection, and Sproles as a receiver. He's literally had the odds, and defenses stacked against him. Last night we saw something different. He's finally healthy and NO seems to be willing to give him the ball, and he even was thrown to a few times. I'm not saying he's suddenly become a must start RB, but if the Saints are going to finally use him he could have some value. He's definitely worth a what-the-heck pick up.

    Fitzgerald

Houston doesn't give up points to WRs. They are ranked #1 in that department. That's why I lowered my expectations for Fitz this week, just hoping he would capitalize on a red zone target. Better days are coming. The important thing is he's healthy.

    Colts - T.Rich

^This. He just doesn't get enough touches. He makes people miss, breaks tackles, and outruns people. Problem is, they don't give him the ball.
  11. Dobson. He was on the field for more snaps than any other WR last week, and Brady is making an effort to get him the ball. I can see his season getting better and better the rest of the way, if he can just catch the ball.

    Trent Richardson - Sell High?

Totally agree. Trent is the type of RB that gets better as the game goes on. For whatever reason, the Colts just haven't given him enough work yet. I think that changes soon, which is why I think he's a good bye-low. The talent is there....

    Things that don't make sense

Fitz is ranked 23rd in my PPR league. In a 12 team league that starts 3 WRs, he's very startable. He has some tasty matchups (after the next two weeks) left on his schedule, so don't give up on him now. In fact, I'd call him a good bye low over the next few weeks.

    Stephen Hill

Geno was always looking for Cumberland and Kerley because Hill was being shadowed by Asante Samuel. Kerley showing up Monday will help Hill in the future. Defenses will be forced to rotate coverages and personnel if there is more than one threat they have to deal with. Hill is a hold for now. Wait and see....

    OFFICIAL: Calvin Johnson is OUT

I'm considering starting him over Hill and Kerley. May be a shootout with GB.
