BALTIMOR BRONX BOMBERS 1 Posted August 31, 2018 I have the 9th pick in a 12 team PPR. Is this a bad position? What would be the best strategy? I have done numerous mock drafts and it comes to either Melving Gordon, Julio, ODB or DeAndre Hopkins. I could go with RB/RB in either McCaffery and Melvin Gordon which seems to be the picks that are there. I could also go with WR/RB and get maybe Hopkins for sure and maybe McCaffery or Dalvin Cook. Any thoughts about picks or the 9th pick in general? Any advice would be appreciated.
The PosterFormerlyKnownAs 61 Posted August 31, 2018 If it plays out the way you suggest, got to go RB there - supply and demand. Chances are you get one of the WRs on the way back.
weepaws 2,452 Posted August 31, 2018 Tough one. I think if Hopkins and or Brown are still available I would go there, and then rb. If not it’s an easy rb rb for me. Good luck, have fun.
scottsind 61 Posted September 2, 2018 Only way I dont go with Melvin Gordon there is of AB is there which is doubtful. If you can get CMC on the way back that would be nice in PPR. My thought process is the WRs can be filled in later. Plenty of depth there like usual. Huge value in the 3rd round on WRs too.
Byrdman5 104 Posted September 2, 2018 Just drafted from the 8th... and the best RB available was Devonta Freeman to the return 9th pick they actually got Julio Jones. I took Jordan Howard, just like him over Mixon, Freeman, and the injured McKinnon. Take a RB first round unless AB falls.
