GT>Forza

Couldn't be further from the truth. GT is actually known for being one of the worst in recent years.

I bought a Need for Speed game a few months ago. My oldest kid enjoys playing it. I do too...Pass the missions to unlock new cars for him. Never played GT or Forza. How do they compare to Need for Speed?

GT and Forza are considered realistic drivers where as a need for speed is an arcade driver.

Most people like the arcade drivers better, but there are a minority of people such as myself that like the realistic racing sims.

Agreed.

Need For Speed is good for guys that want to trick out there cars and don't care to much about real life racing fundamentals etc.. it is absolutely 100% arcade.

Forza/GT are "Simcade" as realistic as something can be but keeping in mind most users are using a controller.

GT hasn't been good since GT3 A Spec. It isn't even the same game anymore.

Forza is the best for car guys, you can build them, etc tune them.. but everything you do is to be faster where as Need For Speed people just care about having a cool car. But Forza is doing what CoD did after MF3 where it is just becoming a cash grab, still an excellent game though.

PC is trying to be a simulator but it just doesn't work on console.

Project Cars is absolutely garbage unless you are playing on a PC with a wheel, don't waste your time. I bought it and retuned it (it came out 2 weeks before FM7 so it was worth a try) As far as a game pad goes, Forza nailed it. PC2 is just a PC game that the remastered for Xbox and the system just can't handle it.

Project cars is even more realistic and is worth looking into as well.

I got this, hardly play it but there are youtube videos where guys build their own "cars" complete with steering wheel and pedals. That would be pretty cool.

Power went down at the office, so I went to Walmart. Didnt realize Forza was only for Xbox. Picked up GT for me, Cars 3 for thr kids and some more controllers.
