QB - RIVERS, Leinart RB - ADDAI, MAURICE JONES DREW, A PETERSON (MIN), D Foster, R Dayne WR - L FITZGERALD, H WARD, S Holmes, Joe Horn TE - A GATES, H Miller D/ST - PATS, Broncos K - ELAM I almost feel ashamed to be in this league (just a standard 10-team ESPN one that I hopped onto). Just today, I look in the junkpile to upgrade my RB situation, and guess what I saw.....A PETERSON alone at the top of the waivers!! In a matter of split-seconds, I snatched him only to see later on, scrolling through the league's homepage, that someone released him for.....Rex Grossman??? Could not believe it. Almost want to leave this ghost town. I'm constantly trying to trade away Denver's D only for no one to at all respond. When I decide who I want to keep out of Ward and Holmes, I'm going to want to trade the other as well but have a feeling no one's going to respond to that either. Signs of an inactive league, perhaps, but I'll stick around anyway and see what happens. And if this league turns out to be serious/active anyway, here's another thing for you all to kick around a bit...is it just me, or should I feel good about having Ron Dayne on my bench? You know how he ended the season last year (and how injury-phone Ahman can be), and those performances weren't exactly against wimpy defenses either (NE among them).

First-round of post-season is Week #15 between 2nd seed & 3rd seed; winner, of course, plays the top-dog the following week for all the marbles. Promises to be a pretty fun and obviously competitive league. However, serious and active owners only, please. Draft is Friday, August 31st, at 5:15 PM Eastern Time. Anyone absent for the draft has 48 hours to declare themselves an active owner for the season or will be replaced with another owner immediately.
