It's gold plated silver, so it's probably not worth more than 5-600$.

 

I don't think it's worth the minimum 35k he wants, but it's probably worth 10g to a collector.

I didn't know till I checked the link I thought he was a track athlete and wasn't even sure if it was Male of Female but 100% sure it was dark skinned.
