Dolphins wide receiver Jarvis Landry wasn’t charged with domestic violence earlier this year after an incident between him and his ex-girlfriend. But newly released videotape from the night in question shows Landry making contact with Estrella Cerqueira, while the couple’s four-year-old child was in the backseat of the car.

TMZ published surveillance footage from April 1 that shows Landry confronting his ex in the parking lot of his Florida apartment complex. Landry appears to push the woman into a car, but his rep told TMZ it was “accidental contact.”

The woman originally told law enforcement Landry assaulted her, but released a statement saying otherwise. In the statement, she called it a “vocal disagreement” and said Landry would never harm her or anybody else. The Florida state attorney dropped the charges against Landry in September, roughly one month after the statement was released.

Landry, 24, leads the NFL with 61 receptions this season.
