Patweisers is on the clock again

Rules say 8 hour limit between picks. We give some latitude on that because we are cool, but with patweiser, we have given him enough slack. If we have to skip him again, he has until the end of the draft to pick his misses. Else, once draft is over. Picks are lost and he has to go through normal add/drop procedures with rest of league. Anyone else, have any input?

He didn't draft anyone after the 3rd round, he went missing with no word except telling kuntulu to skip him. The draft is over. Change it, or send me my $$$. two choices. I skipped him once. Someone else did him and cb in the 5th, wasn't me I was waiting until 4 eastern. You notice cb said right away who he wanted.
