When Mobb is picking 3rd next year, he will offer a trade up to the guy picking 2nd and it will include that dude dropping a certain player like AJ Green. Players dropped during the draft are immediately available for draft selection. There has to be a time limit on when he can make the pick at the end of the draft. I'd give him 24 hours of the 5.12 selection or skip of the draft. If he waits longer than that, he loses it.
