You can do better than Alshon for Howard. If this is a standard league you need yards & TDs. Look at the teams that need a RB and use Howard or Hyde to get a good WR that has more yards & TDs than Jeffrey (Jeffrey's good game was tied to Ertz being out) If your league is Standard or PPR go for a high target guy like ABrown, MEvans, MThomas, or JJones (hurt)

We can keep 3 with four years NFL experience or less. So Howard is a keeper. PPR league also
