"One scout texted me that he hand-timed Ross at 4.16. Whatever the official time is, the man is fast."

It's official: Ross runs 4.22, fastest 40 combine time ever.

(Not to mention a 37" vertical and an 11'1" broad jump - not too shabby for a 5'10" guy)

Oh, and about that island that Adidas had promised any 40 record-breaker - as long as they were wearing Adidas for the run? Ross had this to say: “I really can’t swim that well,” Ross said. “And I don’t have a boat. So I had to run in Nikes.”

Wow, that will move him up draft boards.

and I gotta wonder how much Nike paid him to say that.

either way, he was already projected as a first rounder, and with that kind of speed, hes dangerous every play.

3 keeper, 12 team league Standard scoring with QB getting -1 pt for an interception & fumbles 5 points for a defensive safety & 6 points for a defensive TD.

Start 2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Kicker, one Def/Sp Tms

I think he slowed up. He cramped at the end of the run. He probably could have ran faster.

Wonder what it feels like to run that fast.

IMO John Ross had a lot to do with the Huskie's success this year.  Just by lining up, defenses had to have a corner and safety on their heals.

Hopefully he goes to a team who has a qb with a big arm.
