If the settlement is announced on NFL.com before 7-23 at 10:17 am eastern then Giraldi02 is the winner. If it happens after that time and before 7-25 at 12:42 pm eastern then I win... At this point, I would be very very happy if any of us win this devildamned contest. Titans&bucs is looking good and is probably the favorite. UNLOCK US!!!!!!!!!!!!!
