Umm... is all this stuff spoiler stuff? I'd like to read any more information out there, but not really stuff that's going to ruin something for next season.

It will take someone special to do what you're asking, but for the most part, I agree, it's almost impossible- and it goes further back than the last two. Bush Sr. was a joke, Reagan was far enough back that I can't really say, and Carter was before my time... but I get the impression people thought he was a joke too. I went to see W speak when he was in town a while back and there was a poem posted that I thought made some decent points. It just talked about how lonely the position is, that he has to make decisions that will alienate & anger people, but that someone has to do make those decisions and live with the consequences.

I used to LOVE the Degree "soft solid"- by far my favorite deodorant, but I can't find it anymore. Old Spice is now making a "soft solid" though, so I've gone to that... but I'd switch to Degree in a second if I could find it.

When I think of all the FFT geeks that have helped me in a real tangible way, Eagles Green is probably the one that has done the most for me... and by "most" I mean "anything at all" So, thanks EG, and congrats to a milestone commemorating countless hours of wasted life.

I just saw another Guru commercial and came back to admit that I was clueless and to say WTF?! Wow, this looks horrible; it makes me sad for Mike Myers. I've actually seen some funny Zohan commercials, every single Guru one looks HORRID.

Hmm... they both have cheesy plots. But one has an actual comedian- Sandler, while the other has Ashton Kutcher. As much as one might dislike Sandler, this isn't even close.

This sounds bad, but as a person who moved to Fl., it's awesome. It rains in the summer here, so it's kinda nice. It cools things down a bit, and it's a nice change of weather. I used to HATE rain because it rained in the spring in Ohio (when it's cold), but I've come to love it down here- hardly ever get rain in the winter.

Fleury is doing great, but at some point he's gotta take some of the responsibility for facing so many shots (he's giving rebounds on just about every shot).

I'm a guest at a Black Tie wedding so there's a 3rd time for you. I figured I could pay the $100 to rent it or pay twice that and get a much nicer one. If I wear it again, it paid for itself. :shrug: I wound up paying a little bit more so I now have to wear it 3x to make my money back- but by the time I considered tailoring & shirt/studs/bowtie/cumberbund, I was already committed.
