It's my holiday!!! Although corned beef is overrated imo. A nice one time meal, but then all the left overs become daunting. Just made a Reuben sandwich for lunch. Place where my wife and I go to for New Years is having a big St Patricks day festival with food and drinks so Im gonna go hit that up tonight.
