    McCown vs Cutler

This statement is exactly correct. I don't understand all the people saying get rid of Cutler...and replace him with what? $15M is an easy decision to avoid the potential pit fall of trying to find a remotely serviceable QB when you already have this type of offense for a proven mid range QB in place to work some magic with.

    Russell Wilson owners

I am most definitely shy on Russell now. In the same boat again this week...MCCown/Cutler or Russell Wilson. I think I just stick to playing the matchups and start Wilson this week. I should have stuck to that logic last week.

    Russell Wilson owners

I was so confident starting McCown over Wilson until I read all of the opinions of the FFB experts on this thread. I ended up starting Wilson over McCown and lost the first round of the playoffs...obviously I would have won easily had I started McCown. F it. Here's to the consolation bracket and next season.

Ben Tate v the Jags - part II

Started him in both leagues. Great start to the playoffs!

    anyone else hang onto SJAX?

Do you want to give reasons? Just wondering because I am having the same debate as OP. Opinions are like A-holes...but reasons behind a thought process can help everyone!

    McCown/Cutler

Jay Cutler indicated Monday that he hasn't gained medical clearance yet. Advice: Cutler is truly questionable for next Monday night's game against the Cowboys. He ran on a treadmill Monday and is hoping he doesn't feel any "ill effects" from that. If cleared, he'll practice Thursday and try to prove to coaches that he's mobile enough to take back his starting job. Ideally, fantasy owners will practice a handcuff strategy, rostering both Cutler and red-hot backup Josh McCown. No matter who starts, owners would have a top-10 option on their hands. - Rotoworld

    Russell Wilson owners

I have benched him in favor of McCown for the last two weeks and it has worked in my favor. I am thinking that surely my luck has run out but that matchup against the Cowboys horrible pass D has my licking my chops and I will likely end up benching Wilson again. I know that wont be a popular opinion.

Ben Tate v the Jags - part II

Reggie Bush, Tate, Andre Brown, or Steven Jackson. I think I will go with what snuck me into a playoff spot this year (Bush, Tate, Brown), but damn...that S Jax against Green Bay's run defense looks so tempting!

Am I really benching the original AJ for AJ lite?

I was going to but didn't. I shouldn't listen to advice from bastards like you! For some reason, Haden has AJ's number. I will never second guess this match up again.

Am I really benching the original AJ for AJ lite?

Sorry, yes the original AJ is Andre. It's been so long since I have snifffed even his jock strap being on my team that I forgot about him. My other WR option is VJax going against ATL's horrible secondary. Consistency numbers say go with AJ, but VJax could explode in this game.
  11. I know...never bench your studs...and AJ Green has been playing well and putting up big numbers. But he only put up 51 yards the last time he went up against Joe Haden in week 4. I also didn't like what I saw in Dalton last week (which I know is not the norm, but still a concern). Jeffery has been nothing but consistent the last several weeks and has basically been a lock for 100+ yards with a good chance for a TD thrown in. I don't see Corey Graham or Jimmy Smith being able to man up with Jeffery since Ladaruis Webb will be covering Marshall all day. Blaze away and say "I wish I would play in your league....blah blah blah" but seriously, talk me out of it. I don't really want to do it, but it seems to make sense the more I consider it.

    Trade for Gonzalez.

Take it quick! Smith declines to comment on it and said they would know more Wednesday. Seems like a long time to find out about a toe injury. I think at best you are looking at Gonzo being way less than 100% for the rest of the season, which should even the numbers out for what you would get in AJ or Decker. Of course this is assuming you have someone half way serviceable to fill in at TE.

Zac Stacy's mom has got it going on

I haven't heard that song in years...then I heard it on the radio this morning on the way to work. Now this post. Weird.

Bush missed practice Friday with his leg wrapped

I was hoping someone would have dropped Bell in my leagues, but everyone held on to him. I can see sitting out practice on Friday to rest if needed....but having a leg wrap on does not sound very good to me.
  15. Does anyone have more information on this?? I only saw this in a Tweet so I am not sure the credibility of it. https://twitter.com/ttwentyman/status/393763612743200769
