    2 issues

I've used this program for the last 4 years and I like it overall. However, two issues have arisen from this year's release. 1. I have a 16 team 16 round draft. When I try changing it to 16, it only gives me 12 rounds instead of 16. Why does it do that? 2. Is there a way to eliminate some stuff that I don't need to make this faster? Everytime I click on the draft button, it takes forever because it's processing the data. I can't remember this happening in previous versions. I personally only need a few things and I'm fine.
  2. Now down to 1. Team 2 is available and that's it
  3. July 21st draft day MFL...snake draft...3 hrs per pick This is a 2nd year keeper league. I have three teams open, all from people that joined after a few quit before the season even started. There are 2 teams left because one has already joined but has not announced a team even though he has paid. What I will do is if you are the 1st one to pay then you get your choice of the three teams below as long as you email before the other. This is a 16 team league and you lose the round in which you drafted the player the previous year. However, 1st rounds aren't eligible to be kept so all the big studs are in the draft. Best RB keeper is Marion Barber and Marshawn Lynch. You lose a players rights when you trade him during the season so it helps the depth of the draft. Here are the following eligible keepers. Here are the keeper rules: You can keep 1 player in tier 1: rounds 2-5 You can keep 1 or 2 players tier 2: rounds 6-10 (depends if you keep a player in tier 1. if you don't then 2 are eligible to be kept) You can keep 2-4 player in tier 3: rounds 11-16 (depends on how many above) You can have max of 4 keepers Team 1: #16, 17, 48, 49 etc pick in the draft but first keeper pick. 2nd round is the earliest round you can keep a player in Roy Williams 2nd Antonio Gates 3rd Tony Romo 4th Kevin Jones 5th Julius Jones 6th Bernard Berrian 7th Pitt D 8th Bobby Engram 13th Giants D 14th This team won the championship last year Team 2: 6th pick overall Darrell Jackson 6th Deshaun Foster 7th Isaac Bruce 8th Chris Henry WR 11th Ron Dayne 12th Trent Edwards 16th (KEEPER). There's a rule in this league that you can keep a player in your league by week 6 if you sign him as a FA. However, you automatically keep him the following year and can't trade or release him for the entire season and it's a 1 yr deal so he goes back in the draft no matter what) Not as many keepers but a high pick. He traded for Adrian Peterson (would've been 2nd round keeper) so AP lost his keeper rights so I'm grateful for that. Team 3: 7th overall pick Cedric Benson: 2nd Marion Barber: 3rd Jay Cutler: 5th Chris Cooley: 6th Lendale White: 7th Dallas D: 9th Matt Schaub: 10th Desmond Clark: 14th Good keepers but you can only keep 1 in rounds 2-5 and one in rounds 6-10 so tough decisions Email me at mfltrenches@gmail.com if you are interested.

Need some opinions on deal that went down

haha. I do sound confusing. Basically it was a question on whether Moss is worth #4 pick if the best RB option is Portis or take Brady at QB. This is a 16 team league so his keepers actually aren't bad.
  5. The owner traded #4 pick for Randy Moss in a keeper league where you lose the round you pick the player in. You can't keep any 1st rounders from the previous round though. Anyway, his 3 keepers are Lynch (2nd) L.White (6th) P.Rivers (11th) this is a 16 team league by the way. The best RBs in order are LT, Sjax, Westbrook, Portis, Grant, McGahee. Guys like AP, Addai, Gore were kept. So he traded his #4 pick for Randy Moss to plug alonside the above 3. Was it worth it going after Brady or Portis or going after Moss?

    Reggie Bush or Colston

i did a little mock draft on how it could turn out. Here are the candidates at each position RB Kevin Smith Ronnie Brown Earnest Graham Rudi Johnson Edgerrin James WR Wes Welker Roy Williams Anquan Boldin Marvin Harrison Hines Ward Roddy White This definitely makes it tougher because I was leaning with Colston as well. who do you guys think i should keep now? Thanks for the replies btw

    Reggie Bush or Colston

Here's a quick overview of the rules 16 team keeper league You lose the round in which you keep the player. Reggie Bush drafted in 2nd round Colston 3rd round No pts for receptions I have the #1 pick so I will be getting LT or AP. I have Santonio Holmes as a 7th round keeper, Seahawks D 13th round and Kellen Clemens 16th round So my 2nd and 3rd round picks are back to back. It basically comes down to who I think is better. I'm having a tough time because I already have a WR in Holmes but I also have LT. Who should I keep and why. I need a decision by tomorrow. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

    ESPN Smack Board

What happened to ESPN's smack board? We used to be able to go into the boxscore of each game and there would a window to talk smack. sucks without it. anyone know anything about it.
  9. There's been one opening. This is a 16 team keeper league. This was unexpected as I got late word that one of the owners can't be in it for family reasons. I emailed and said I would only send him $25 back so here's the deal. If you want to be in this league...you have to do the following Select the team below Pay $57 (however, you pay only $30 for this year but you put a $25 deposit for the following year) 1. Ronnie Brown Tier 1 2. Edgerrin JAmes 3. Anquan Boldin 4. Donovan McNAbb 5. Jeremy Shockey Tier 2 6. Darrell Jackson 7. De'shaun Foster 8. Isaac Bruce 9. Eagles Def 10. Jake Delhomme Tier 3 11. Chris Henry (WR) 12. Ron Dayne 13. Jason Elam 14. Marcus Pollard 15. 49ers Def 16. Najeh Davenport so let me know asap
  10. There is one team left. Besides the WRs, every other position is pretty nice. Especially the RBs with McGahee/Portis/AP/Taylor. You can only start 2 rbs so AP could be really good trade bait as he is a top top keeper option. i should get emails so I would like someone who could join and pay quickly. We are doing the 1st round of salary cap claims tomorrow so I would like everything to be filled by then. 1. Willis McGahee 1st tier 2. Clinton Portis 2. Adrian Peterson (MN) 4. Jon Kitna 5. Chris Chambers 2nd tier 6. Chester Taylor 7. Chargers D 8. Heath Miller 9. Eddie Kennison 10. Troy Williamson 3rd tier 11. Trent Green 12. Vikings D 13. Shayne Graham 14. Patrick Crayton 15. Vishante Shiancoe 16. Musa Smith thetrenches@hotmail.com.....fee is $57....next year's deposit not required.

Transferring from Excel 2003 to excel 2007

ok this is getting frustrating. i can't figure out how to enable macros. it's telling me what to do but 2007 is different. The thing is that it's not prompting me like 2003 would. i can' tplay sound or start the clock or anything

Transferring from Excel 2003 to excel 2007

problem is that i don't have 2003 cd. so i have to have the 2007 version. Now i just gotta figure out the macros thing again. i will find that though...the buddy is why i bought it. the compiler is good too but i really like buddy.
  13. i just got a laptop so i was wanting to transfer my cheatsheets and buddy over to that one. is it easy? i wish you could just transfer through a usb drive. can you?
  14. The problem was that there was a questionable trade during the draft. In a 16 team league, the guy didn't have any rbs and was picking late in the 3rd round. He moved up 12 spots and gave up a 4th rounder. It was a little much but he took Steve Smith and Peyton Manning. So those two complained about it (the other is a friend who wasn't as involved) but I had said before the draft that there would be no vote on any deals during the draft. Anyway, everything still went on and everything was fine but then when I pointed out that any trade made now required a review (you're mixing in keepers and rounds) then they got a little upset. They were still going to be in the league but I didn't want them complaining about it the entire time so I offered them a way out. So they left and now I'm looking for others. I pointed this out before the draft. We left in good terms. I didn't have to give back the deposit as the rules stated but I thought it was the right thing to do at that situation. I realize that I probably should've really emphasized it but I didn't... However I wasn't going to switch it just because 2 owners were complaining. As you know during the season, stuff can change and people can get crooky once they are out of it. I feel it's necessary to have a league wide vote instead of everything going through. The reason I didn't need a draft review was because it would hold back the draft (did an email draft) and the main reason: nobody is giong to pay $80 (55 + deposit) and automatically fix it. If this was a trade in the first round where someone gave #10-2nd round-3rd-4th round for #3 then i'd have a major problem with it but he was trying to get a rb because they were flying off the board.
