Help: What topics should be covered in a book about commishing?

After putting together a quick tutorial on how to take your league to the next level, I've decided to further expound on the topics I covered in an e-book. What other topics should I include? What would you want YOUR commissioner to improve on or implement? I'm envisioning it as a step-by-step guide to commishing a fantasy football league. Ideally it would be just as useful to someone who has never played or commished before as it is for an experienced commish who wants to "up their game" (the latter would just skip the first few chapters).

I've published a few volumes of our league's history on Amazon, so I'm confident I can make this happen. So, please let me know what you think should be included. Thanks!
