What do you typically eat for breakfast

Greek nonfat/low-fat yogurt with granola.

 

Weekends I will make pancakes, waffles, or French toast.... But do not each much of that these days.

 

Dude, the bolded is no better for you with your diabetes. Never ever get the no/low fat stuff, they replace the fat with sugar. Fat is your friend. :cheers:

 

Besides your mom though, Cheerios with low-fat milk and Yoplait Light yogurt Monday-Saturday. I try to eat healthy at least for breakfast anyway. Sundays I'll usually do an omelet or something hot (like your mom again).

been going with Chobani- 9g carbs, 6g sugars.

 

the flavored dannon light and fit is around 9g carbs, and 7g sugars

 

i just keep this in mind for the rest of my meals
