Dude, the bolded is no better for you with your diabetes. Never ever get the no/low fat stuff, they replace the fat with sugar. Fat is your friend. Besides your mom though, Cheerios with low-fat milk and Yoplait Light yogurt Monday-Saturday. I try to eat healthy at least for breakfast anyway.
