D!ck move or nah?

Recommended Posts

if you leave the door open where the trash can sits the dog will get into the trash and make a damn mess in the house. I believe that every time I leave the house I double-check to make sure this door is shut. Several times I have gone home to discover someone else did not do the same and the damn dog got into the trash and left a mess which I then cleaned up. Not to say others haven't had to do the same but still.

So I went home for a bit to drop something off, walked in and there was trash everywhere so instead of leaving any evidence I had been home, I simply shut the door behind me and left the sh1t for someone else to clean up. How the fock are they going to learn the damn lesson if I just pick up the sh!t for them, right?

So, d!ck move or the right thing to do?

:dunno:

Gotta pick your battles. I would pick up the trash, but leave the pisss and shitt for someone else to clean up.

Borderline, on the one hand if you are always cleaning up and not saying anything then they cant know what they are doing wrong, so if your rationale is that they need to learn I think you are half right and half wrong.

If, on the other hand, you are just doing it to allow the person who screwed up to fix it, I think you are all good.

You should talk to your wife's lover about leaving that garbage can open.

It's not nice to call his wife a garbage can.

At minimum, talk to him about cleaning the mess up.

I have a hunch that he's not doing it on purpose. :ninja:

Is your trash can one of the open ones? Get one that closes. Not only will it keep the dogs out, but it wont have your house smelling like trash

But the trash smell is what covers up the dog smell.

You made the right move.

My wife got a dog without discussing it with me, and it lived in our house for 15 years. On the rare occasions that the dog shiit in the house, I would leave it for my wife to clean up. Not my dog.

Drown the dog in front of your wife and kids. Tell them that's what happens when they don't close the good damn door.

I was going to tell him that it'd be nice if he knocks. Just "happens to show up" every time I'm there.

Or drown the wife and kids and tell the dog that's what happens when you get in the garbage.

I think a d!ck move would be to find out who the dummy is that keeps leaving the door open then pick up all the trash and put it in their room.

Little disappointed, I thought this thread was going to present me with the possibility of making it move.

Well, it didn't.

Get rid of the trash eating filthy dog ?

You really shouldn't talk about his wife that way. Not nice.

Naaahhh a move would be finding out who did it and putting it all in their room for them to clean up.

Had similar troubles with a dog once and set a mouse trap and put it on top of the trash. Scared the hell out of the dog and she never did it again.
