Jacksonville at Pittsburgh: Divisional Playoff Game Thread

Recommended Posts

I'm taking the Steelers.

Don't see it being close.

Go Steelers.

Will put a little down on the Jags money line just for kicks.

Rooting for the Jags, but I think the Steelers will win... though I don't think they'll cover the spread. I can see this being a 17-13 type game.... which means it'll end up 38-34.

From The Pittsburgh Post Gazette on Friday afternoon...

“Antonio has looked really good,” Tomlin said. “I sent him home with an illness. I didn’t want him to get any of the guys who weren’t sick, sick. We’ll bring him back in the building [saturday] and continue on with his game readiness. I don’t really have a lot of reservations about him from a physical health standpoint. We do need to get him well from an illness standpoint.”

Antonio Brown will be used mostly as a decoy on Sunday demanding the Jax def to cover him with Ramsey. Look for hard pump fakes from Ben on designed routes for AB where both QB and WR are on the same page to make Ramsey bite.

If Bell has a better day than Fournette the Steelers will win easily. I expect LOTS of Bell.

I do also.

I see less Ben and more Bell.

I did take the Steelers but I did put a little on Jags money line.

Regarding AB, 71 percent of players listed as Questionable this year by the Steelers didn't play. (Link) It will be somewhat of a surprise if he does sit, but it's a real possibility.

Read on Roto that a reporter saw him doing a walk through and he looked ready and healthy.

So for what ever that's worth.

Yep, sounds like he's going to play.

Maybe, but those players weren't Brown and it wasn't the playoffs.

Jags definitely can give the Pats some thing to think about. Jags could win it all.

Wow. You can just see how bad jags want it. As dominant a playoff performance I can remember

Couldnt be more wrong at this point. Glad u put money on jags. They have Tomlin and company befuddled and that defense is legit.

This could be a Baltimore Ravens, Chicago Bears type thing we got going on here. As long as the QB doesn't turn the ball over. Let everyone else do the work.

You don't have to win it. Just be good enough not to lose it?

Jacksonville looks hungry. Pittsburgh’s cocky comments throughout the week probably fueled that.

Oh my. This might be the game that Big Ben decides to hang up his jock strap. With Bell threatening to leave next year could be a rebuilding year in Steel town.
