ToadSprocket 12 Posted September 21, 2017 Many of you may remember the little prizes / trinkets that came in boxes of Cracker Jack. Even though it was just a little nothing that would last a day or two, it WAS something. I liked the little 1" x 1'' shiny picture that would change to a different picture when you moved it left to right or up and down. I just bought a bag (yes, it also comes in bags now) and when I found the 'prize', it was a little sticker with directions to download an App and then snap a photo of it. fandandy 3,311 Posted September 21, 2017 They still make them in boxes but they are hard to find. I used to hate the taste of Cracker Jacks but would buy them as a kid just for that stupid prize. My favourite was always the tattoos you got wet and stuck to your hand or arm and waited five minutes and then peeled the paper away to reveal a muddled blob which looked nothing like a dragon. Bought a case of Cracker Jacks and went to the local truck stop and paid 50 cents a piece for French Ticklers to fill one prize in each box. Many boxes got filled that night. And most of them were walking funny and peculiar. Sat on the balcony watching them leave the following morning. Me: That one got a tickle. They had to call a plumber on Monday. Apparently, the rooster head rubber mount didn't flush and clogged the system up. The black Roto Rooter guy said, "Pipes are clogged with multiple rubbers. Thanks.
