Need some help on moves! AJ Green for Arian Foster

I need some help at RB. I am 5-1 but lost this week to fall to 5-2 and in a 3 way tie for first at 5-2. My WR depth is solid but AJ and Calvin being out is killing me and I need so more help at RB with Gore laying flat lately. Here is my line up. If you have any suggestions on what possible moves you would make let me know. Btw I play in a standard scoring 10 team league.

 

QB- Keapernick, Flacco

RB- Gio, Gore, Ingram

WR- Jordy, Calvin, AJ, M. Wallace, Royal, Sanu

TE- Bennett, Reed

Kicker- Bailey

D/St- Bills, Eagles

Would you give him Gore too as more trade bait? Gore's schedule weeks 14-17(playoffs for fantasy) are ROUGH!

Maybe lineup your schedule see who gives more value Foster or AJ.

With my current WR rotation:

AJ, Megatron, Jordy Nelson, Mike Wallace, Sanu, Royal

 

I think Foster does because I still have depth in Megatron and Jordy plus the others. I only have Gio, Gore, and Ingram at RB and Gore has a horribly rough schudle to come.
