Tech geeks...help with recovering Google password

It looks like Im fuked, but anyway, I figured I would post this question before I throw my phone in the river.

 

My employer gave me an android based phone, and I had to make a "dummy" google acct to access google play store. Assuming this acct was just for accessing the play store, I didnt add any personal recovery phone or email when I generated the acct. Little did I know that this google acct has taken control of my phone. Recently, all of us were told to do a complete reset to fix some issues. Well guess what? I cant get into the phone now without the google password. Ive gone through all the prompts to reset it, but since I didnt provide any recovery info, its not working. So is my phone worthless now? How does this google acct have control after a reset? Please provide a solution or confirm Im fuked. TIA.

Take it to the store for the provider and tell them whats up. They'll fix it.

Call google tech support, probably help you reset the password over the phone.

Throw it in the ocean

Get work to give you a new phone by:

 

Drop yours in the toilette

Run it over with your car

"Accidentally" leave it on the roof of your car and drive off

Drop it in a lake

Leave it on top of the "radiator heater" in your hotel room

 

Those are just some of the ones that have come in to my tech support team this year.
