#6352220 League Issue

Posted by Kopy on 07 November 2018 - 07:03 AM

Just my own personal opinion. But I say an emphatic NO.
You should only be allowed to trade away a future draft pick, if you pay that years league fee also.
If you trade away that pick without paying, then you're ( potentially ) trading away another owner's draft pick. Not your own.

Especially if you've already announced that you're leaving. Then there's no question about it. It's not your pick to trade away.

WOW. That's a blast from the past.
Oh, the man crush I had on lefty coming out of college.

Never panned out like I thought it would. But hopefully this is the start of a successful coordinator/coaching career in phase 2 of his life.
Except against Seattle of course.

Good luck lord byron.

#6318996 Kaepernick: Is he ever going to get another gig?

Posted by Kopy on 25 September 2018 - 09:01 AM

He's had 1 good year in his career.
He flat out sux. Add to that his of field potential headaches he could cause. No way in hell.

If he was good, he'd have a job.
He's not, so he won't.
Same as Tim Tebow.

#6313066 Years from now... will 2018 be when ESPN "Jumped the Shark"?

ESPN died to me when they got rid of NFL Primetime.

#6305847 Do wimmens wear dresses where you work?

Posted by Kopy on 11 September 2018 - 06:35 AM

The cankles and/or vein stitched legs. :puke:

One lady wears jeans that look great but on the occassions she's worn skirts and you see the cankles and veins...........the magic was ruined.

I find that alot once they hit middle age and on. With clothes on, wow, they look real f'n yummy.
But then they show some skin and no thanks.

Didn't even know he was still alive.
Come to think of it.
Can't believe he was only 76.

Me and the grandson loved it. Excellent movie.
Not the best thing you've ever seen, but far from a sharknado.
Just a really fun 2 hour movie.

#6251075 Sarah Huckabee Sanders kicked out of restaurant because, ya know, Trump.

Posted by Kopy on 23 June 2018 - 08:24 PM

If the right does it they are ignorant and racist. If the left does it its morally right. What a bunch of idiots. Id love to have seen a restaurant do that to one of Obamas members. The left would set that place on fire and cry racism til they died

So the lefties protest, burn the place down and force the owner out of business.  And the righties leave quietly,  and eat somewheres else.
Seems par for the course to me.

#6248632 Do you reuse condoms you find?

Posted by Kopy on 20 June 2018 - 10:25 AM

Just like underwear. Turn'em inside out and you're good to go.

#6248598 Do you reuse golf balls you find?

Posted by Kopy on 20 June 2018 - 10:12 AM

Depends what it is and condition.
If it looks pretty new and is a good ball...yeah, why not.
If its andecent ball but not great I put it with the shag balls I keep in my bad to hit in the open area across from my house.

Same here. Decent to good, I use. Anything else, I still grab and bring home. I use those in the back yard and smack'em in the woods.

If something was to happen to your current spouse.  Divorce, death, ect. Anything to cause you being single again.
Would you get married and do it all over again? Or just say f'it. I'll find someone new, but I ain't doing the marriage thing again.

#6233694 Pit bulls: loaded weapon or misunderstood?

Posted by Kopy on 31 May 2018 - 09:55 AM

My grandparents and great grandparents on both sides were farmers and always had many dogs and cats in their lifetimes.
They never once allowed a cat or dog in the house for any reason.
They were great, fun, loyal animals, but they always lived outside and/or in a barn.
They had no concept of cat litter, leashes, store bought pet food, doggie chew toys or any of the stuff now available for purchase from the trillion dollar pet industry.

Oh, I believe it. My grandfather used to tell me his dog as a kid used to get whatever was left after dinner. They grew up poor. The dog got mostly chicken and turkey bones.
I remember being like WTF? You can't do that. His response was, that's all they had.

I am so glad outside of you guys, and 2 fantasy football leagues I play in. I'm pretty much off the grid.
Hell, I still walk into a bank every week and cash a paycheck. I get made fun of alot, but I love it.

And before anyone asks. Yes, I take a lollipop.
