So Trump called Chuck Todd sleepy eyes this morning. Which on the surface just seems like another Trump comment. But it is a fairly peculiar comment. I don't personally find Chuck Todd's eyes any sleepier than anybody else. Turns out Chuck Todd is Jewish. The term sleepy eyes is a slur or anti-Semitic slur against Jewish people. Now on one hand I guess you could say that it was just pure coincidence to use the term to try to insult him... An obscure term most people wouldn't know. Then when you look at it Chuck Todd's Jewish background and it just happens to be a slur against Jewish people? I'm not sure how one can say that's just a coincidence.
