Even if he provides a some rushing yardage, he usually gets vultured at the GL (granted Tolbert is out for the year, but Cam is a vulture too). His rushing TDs and YPC have decreased each year for the past 3 years. 14-16 team league, he's rosterable, but I wouldn't even consider it in a 12 teamer.
