Should I take either of these trades?

I was offered Rod Smith and Marion Barber for Dominic Rhodes and Terry Glenn.

Here is what my team looks like as of now:

Bench:

Duckett, Rhodes, Wilford, Glenn, Vick, and Greg Jones

 

 

 

 

Trade 2:

I was offered Kennison and Julius Jones for Javon Walker, Rhodes, and Mike Bell.

Bench:

Lee Evans, Bush, Warner, Rhodes, Winslow, Mike Anderson, Bennett, and Mike Bell.

 

 

 

Should I accept either of these trades? Why or why not?

I do not see much of an upside to either of those trades... I am not sure that they make you teams any better...

I would take trade #1. Trade #2 is crap.
