vuduchile 1,941 Posted December 25, 2018 Tomorrow A sampling of steaks from a local farm. Filets, ribeyes and strips. Creamy potluck potatoes. - my take on an old Betty Crocker cookbook recipe. Boil potatoes add sour cream, butter, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, rosemary, bacon bits, salt and pepper. Bake til all the cheeses are melted. Spinach and artichoke dip. Never understood why all the recipes Ive seen call for frozen spinach and garlic powder or salt. Fresh spinach and minced garlic is so much better. Some sort of asparagus. I havent decided what to do with it yet. Any ideas? Yeast rolls with local butter. - left out since we got it a few days ago. Veggie tray with dip. Mixed greens and cabbage salad with mandarins and almonds. Mandarin vinaigrette dressing. Antipasto with various meats and cheeses from Eataly. Wife is in charge of desserts. Shes already made cookies. I think shell make a cake too.
