Actually feel awake when I get up, don't feel the need to nap all weekend long. The mask takes a bit to get used to wearing, but not too bad. Good luck. I got a ResMed, it was the first one I tried(had 30 days to make a decision). Was easy to maintain, I get reminders to buy supplies, it automatically hooked up to my wifi and the doctors can monitor and adjust from the info it sends them. Doesn't make a sound. I chose a pillow mask, that rests under my noise and the mask wraps back around the head. I liked that cause it was the least obtrusive on my face, but the negative is it's somewhat tricky to lay on your side. I'm sure most of the units do this, but it also has an app that tracks time slept, sleep apnea events per hour. Glad to help, hope the CPAP works as well for you as it did for me.
