Mike FF Today 607 Posted March 27, 2014 Moreno signs a one-year deal. The biggest take away from this move is for Montee Ball who will head into this season as the clear cut No. 1 RB in Denver. I think RB2 is the upside for Moreno in Miami.
iam90sbaby 2,125 Posted March 27, 2014 Bad move by Denver, especially if they could have kept Moreno with a similar deal. Looks like Lamar Miller better pick it up this year in training camp and preseason.
weepaws 2,459 Posted March 27, 2014 i like the move . moreno will be the starter for dolphins and he can catch . and ball takes over for the broncos . makes my job for ff easy ..thank you from me two both teams for getting it done
IGotWorms 3,313 Posted March 27, 2014 Moreno won't do squat in Miami. Ball is an RB to own now. He is going to get a whole lot of touches as long as he can hold on to the rock

Not so sure he will be a "clear-cut" #1 - CJ Anderson was getting a lot of hype last pre-season before his injury - I can see a rotation happening in Denver very easily. Especially if Ball's pass protection does not improve.

chcougar1 6 Posted March 28, 2014 In my dynasty league I now have AP L. Bell Ball Moreno Vereen Blount Ingram Should I try to move AP or sell Ball or Moreno high and try to upgrade at WR?
smashmouths@blf 33 Posted March 28, 2014 Most Running backs are a dime a dozen these days. They produce because of the system not the player. Moreno is going to be a big turd for Miami.

Moreno had a good year because of the offensive system he was in and a QB named Peyton.

chcougar1 6 Posted March 28, 2014 I would move AP. Yeah I might package AP, Cruz, and Tavon and try to get D Thomas and gio Bernard or something

So Adrian Peterson, Jamal Charles, or Lesean McCoy wouldn't succeed in any other system but the one they are currently in?

Moreno is going to be a big turd for Miami. systems do contribute and influence any player's FF relevance, true enough. but making a blanket statement like that is a bit foolish and very much so inaccurate. the formula that actually equals production is a little more comprehensive than that. So eloquent Mr. Professor. A "blanket statement" would include everyone, not most. Try again.
