Foster for Coles, Chris Brown

In a salary cap keeper league I was offered Deshaun Foster $24 for Coles $1 and Chris Brown $1.

My RB's are hurting, I have Benson $48, Ahman $10, Chester Taylor $19 also. At WR I am going into the year with Chanbers $6 and Walker $20.

My big question is that I am not really able to get much in the draft with the cash that I have left over, so am I better off with Deshaun over Chris Brown, or are both destined to be In RBBC and therefore I overpay. Not worried about losing a WR in Coles, if I can upgrade RB.
