Smol0028 0 Posted August 12, 2006 So I have the 4th pick......in traditional redraft serpentine draft. 12 teams, no ppr, standard scoring. I have played in this league for a few years so I have a good idea of what will be taken based on what everyone has done in past years. I have already decided I'm taking Portis with my first pick.....but I am really concerned about my next 2 picks. I typically go RB,RB,WR or RB,WR,RB. This is what I'll probably be looking at: WR left: R. Moss Fitz Boldin Harrison (maybe) RB left: Westbrook Taylor J Jones Jamal Lewis McGahee (maybe) If these where the people left...who would you take in the 2nd and 3rd round....rate these guys

So, I would think fitz or Harrison will put up more TD's than the remainder of the RB's (although taylor might be a nice pick and or Westbrook). Westbrook tends to be injury prone but if they plan on running more may be ok. Taylor would be a better back in my opinion. I'm not big on Moss. Boldin would be fine but probably less TD's than Fitz. Jones would be an injury risk, Lewis and McGahee would be questionable but McGahee would be my pick. In conclusion, I think I'd take Fitz and try to snag Taylor or McGahee in the 3rd
Bottles 0 Posted August 12, 2006 I would take Fitz in 2, b/c I think he is the #3 WR this year, and the bottom of those RBs isn't too much worse than the top. You can then get McGahee (doubt he'll be there in round 3) , KJ, C.Taylor, J Lewis in round 3. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=220716
Cuse9 128 Posted August 13, 2006 I agree with the above you go with the best available. Fitzgerald or Boldin would be great. I like Boldin more, but to each his own?! With your third pick I would take a rb though. If you don't you may be left with nothing but rbbc. Good luck Check mine if you can....thanks.
PlatinumBalla 0 Posted August 13, 2006 I would probably go RB WR RB in this case...pick up Fitz or Harrison and then go for Taylor or McGahee...possibly JJ if you handcuff him please check mine]http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=220832
FFBGuy 0 Posted August 13, 2006 I would take Westbrook in Round 2 and the best WR available in the third. I think Boldin, Moss, or Chambers will all potentially be there. *Please Help*
