Yeah, you are a bit too thin, but you’ll likely gain weight naturally as you age. As long as you eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly I wouldn’t worry about it. penultimatestraw 473 Posted February 17, 2018 I didnt weigh myself for years and I was pretty shocked to see I had gained 20 pounds. Ive been a routine gym goer over that time but fell into bad eating habits. I lost all 20 in 6 months just by cutting down to 2,000 calories per day. I think most weight gain is just a slow creep when youre not paying attention.Exactly. Its really easy to gain 5 to 10 pounds a decade, and before you know it, youre a fatty. My goal is to remain within 5 pounds of my weight at the end of high school, and only in the last couple years has this become a bit more challenging.
