posty 2,296 Posted April 6, 2015 In the past seasons if there was a tie in the playoffs, the winner was declared by the team that had the best head-to-head record against each other during the regular season... Yahoo has added the ability to change the playoff tiebreaker to be that the higher seed advances... What tiebreaker would you like to use?
TheGodfather414 4 Posted April 6, 2015 Hmm, it is close, but I think I still like best head to head record during the regular season.
Torn 42 Posted April 6, 2015 Mostly indifferent for me, but I voted to keep the default for no particular reason.
forensicguy 3 Posted April 6, 2015 Just my opinion, ....Suppose one owner dominates all year, and earns the #1 seed with ease. Meanwhile, the #6 seed *barely* makes the playoffs--in part--because of his good fortune versus the #1 seed during the course of the year. Perhaps the #1 seed has some key, devastating injuries during BOTH of their weekly mid-season head-to-head bouts, ....whereas the #6 seed has everybody healthy and all things 'clicking' during those head-to-heads. Despite this, the #1 seed manages to lose the first match-up by a score of only 7-6, ....and ties the 2nd match-up 6-6. In the playoff tie, ....is it right for the #1 seed be packing up and going home due to a tie, ....when he completely buried the #6 seed, ....week after week, during the vast majority of weeks, during the year? I say "No."

Hopefully whichever we decide on doesn't completely screw someone.... but its fantasy so its bound to happen.
