VOTE: Reset transaction count to not have spring training moves count...

Previously we had reset the number of moves to zero made from after the draft to opening day since we do draft early... This way, the moves made would not count towards our 70 allotted moves for the regular season...

 

The past two seasons, I have not done the reset and the question was brought up (and I replied):

It does not matter to me, but I will bring it up for a vote...

 

NOTE: The transaction count will not be reset to zero, it will be reset to the number of moves that have been made for each owner since April 5...

 

If this passes and the transaction count is reduced, here is what the current transaction count will be decreased by:

 

Green Monsters - 2

Herndon Hitmen - 3

Miltown Mafia - 1

Speedway Boogie - 1

The Usual Suspects - 1

Warhawks - 6

WisComedy - 1

The transaction count stays as is... It wins 7-3...
