Kaep is better than 10 NFL starters, none of which are good. No one is going to take on 5 months of distraction at this point in the year. He'll be signed sometime in July.

At one time, he was better than maybe ten starters. But not in years. He's an average quarterback who brings too much baggage. Not a good combination. Plenty of average quarterbacks out there who are not a sideshow.
