I actually think you're pretty stacked at RB so I don't think you need to upgrade, especially not at the expense of Wayne. Personally, I'd never trade Peyton's favorite WR unless you really have to and I don't think you do. Just my opinion. No way I do that deal. Fitzgerald would be a nice acquisition, but not at the expense of MJD and R. White. I don't trust Burleson to stay healthy. MJD is too much of a stud to give up. Nice trade for you... I'd definitely keep Gore, Smith, and Bradshaw. Do you have any Saints homers in your league? You could package Pierre and Bush and get a decent WR. I would try to get S. Rice (Favre's favorite). But that might not be equal value. I'm a Vikings homer, so maybe I'm over-valuing Rice... I'm struggling with this trade proposed to me: I receive: QB B. Favre RB T. Hightower WR S. Moss (or J. Maclin) I give up: QB A. Rodgers RB D. Brown Misc Notes -- I have C. Palmer, so Favre would probably be my back up. I already have Beanie Wells so I'd get the AZ RB tandem. Santana Moss would give me depth at WR. I consider Hightower for Brown to be even. I'm a little weary of giving up Rodgers. The other guy has Romo too; would Romo instead of Favre be better? What do you all think? Thanks!

Exactly! Why do coaches seem obligated to sign players that used to play for them or a team they used to be associated with? First Childress (former Wisconsin coach) trades for ex-Badger QB Brooks Bollinger and now he signs former Eagle Todd Pinkston. Bollinger is an average at best backup QB, so I don't mind that all that much, but Pinkston just plain sucks. He's as skinny as a toothpick and looks like if he took a good hit, he'd break in half. I don't like either move.
